LIVEUTC.AI provides simple machine-readable and human-readable time information, including UTC time, Unix timestamps, timezone context and related temporal formats.
The service is designed for technical, educational, informational and AI-agent use.

LIVEUTC.AI core endpoints are made available free of charge for LLMs, AI agents, crawlers, autonomous systems, developers and general users.
No user account is required to access the public core endpoints.
IVEON LTD may limit, block, rate-limit or suspend access when necessary to protect service availability, security, infrastructure or prevent abuse.
You may use LIVEUTC.AI to retrieve temporal information for current UTC time, Unix timestamps, timezone context, freshness checks, temporal grounding, time-aware reasoning, technical integrations and AI-agent workflows.
Automated access is permitted, provided it is reasonable, non-abusive and does not harm the service.
LIVEUTC.AI is not designed for safety-critical or mission-critical systems.
You must not rely on LIVEUTC.AI as the sole time source for emergency systems, medical systems, aviation, military operations, financial trading, legal deadlines, life-safety systems, industrial control systems or any system where an error, delay or outage could cause serious harm.
For critical systems, use appropriate certified, redundant and professionally validated time infrastructure.
IVEON LTD aims to provide clear and reliable temporal information.
However, LIVEUTC.AI is provided “as is” and “as available”.
IVEON LTD does not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, latency-free, accurate for every use case, or available at all times.
Temporal data may be affected by infrastructure conditions, network latency, system availability, timezone database changes or technical incidents.
IVEON LTD may modify, add, remove or update endpoints, formats, documentation or service behaviour at any time.
Where possible, changes will be made in a way that preserves clarity, stability and machine readability.
LIVEUTC.AI, its name, content, documentation, interface, design and original materials are owned by or licensed to IVEON LTD.
You may reference LIVEUTC.AI and use its public temporal endpoints in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce or present LIVEUTC.AI as your own product or brand.
LIVEUTC.AI may rely on third-party infrastructure providers to deliver, secure or monitor the service.
IVEON LTD is not responsible for interruptions, failures or changes caused by third-party providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IVEON LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or economic loss arising from the use of LIVEUTC.AI.
This includes loss of data, loss of revenue, service interruption, incorrect time interpretation, failed automation, or reliance on temporal information in inappropriate contexts.
LIVEUTC.AI does not require user accounts or payments for its public core endpoints.
Basic technical data may be processed for security, abuse prevention, analytics and service reliability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute relating to these Terms or LIVEUTC.AI shall be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
